At Fashionroots.ca, we want you to love every item you receive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

You must request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Items marked as Final Sale

Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments with removed hygiene liners

Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email info@iamfashion.ca with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will respond with return instructions and a return authorization.

Once approved, ship the item(s) to the address provided using a trackable method.
Please do not send your purchase back without authorization, as it may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If your return is rejected due to not meeting the conditions above, the item may be sent back to you at your own cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect:

Contact info@iamfashion.ca within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank or credit card account.

Contact your payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
